The Yongsan District Office in Seoul (district head Sung Jang-hyeon) will hold an opening ceremony at 2 p.m. on Monday for the Yongsan Public Education Center, which has been promoted through private and private cooperation.
Yongsan Technical Center is an exotic facility that aims to solve the problem of traditional culture, job creation, and parking. It has three basement floors, four ground floors, and a total floor area of 2,800 ㎡.
The first and third basement floors are 104-sided parking lots operated by the party dealer. The committee paid 5.5 billion won for construction of public parking lots for up to 20 years.
The first floor is a craft shop. The museum will not only sell the works of the craftsmen who moved into the building, but also excellent artifacts produced by the nation’s great masters. It has about 470 items.
On the second floor, there were four rooms for professional craftsmen and a hanbok and pottery experience center. On the third floor, there are ” Craftwork Balloom “, a craft training center for the general public, and five rooms for each field, including straw grass and bamboo. The fourth floor with multi-purpose rooms and outdoor concert halls is another attraction.
With its opening, it has created 46 public jobs including 24 craftsmen and one ceramic instructor. It is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Tuesday through Sunday.
